Returns and Refunds

    • Eligibility for Returns
      • Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery for unused, unworn, and unwashed items in their original condition with all tags attached.
      • Sale items, custom orders, and final sale merchandise are not eligible for return.
    • Refunds and Exchanges
      • Refunds: Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
      • Exchanges: Exchanges are subject to item availability. If your desired size or style is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.
      • Store Credit: Store credit does not expire and can be used toward future purchases.
    • Defective/Incorrect Items
      • If you receive a defective/incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos and your order number. We will provide a replacement, refund, or store credit at no additional cost to you.
    • Processing Time
      • Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 7-14 business days of receiving your returned item.
  • Return Instructions
      • Domestic returns can be submitted through Loop Returns by clicking Here.
      • Unofficial DC utilizes a third-party service called Loop Returns to approve and process all online returns.  Please follow the instructions on the returns portal and if your return is accepted, you will be prompted to print your return shipping label.
      • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
      • You will receive an email notification once your item is received back at our return location.  Please allow 7-14 business days for all returns to be processed.
      • If you prefer to ship back your item to us using a different shipping method, please contact Unofficial DC customer service at returns@unofficialdc.com for return instructions.

    Note: As a small business, we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.
