4. Orders and Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Payments must be made using the payment methods provided at checkout.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including suspected fraudulent activity or inventory errors.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Standard processing for orders is 5-7 business days to be processed and shipped. Orders placed after 1:00 PM (EST) may be processed the following business day.
Shipping and processing times are estimates and not guarantees.
Risk of loss and title for purchased items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

6. Split Delivery

We often deliver all items from a single order within a single shipment. However, due to numerous factors, products may be delivered in split shipments. We reserve the right to split the delivery of any order. If we split your order, we will notify you of our intention to do so by sending you an email to the email address you provided at the time your order was placed. You will not be charged for any additional delivery costs.

7. Purchase for Personal Use Only

You may purchase products only for personal use and not for resale. By placing your order, you certify that you are purchasing products for personal use only and not for resale. We reserve the right to refuse orders for any reason without explanation.

8. Returns and Refunds

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery for unused, unworn, and unwashed items in their original condition with all tags attached.
Sale items, custom orders, and final sale merchandise are not eligible for return.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds: Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges: Exchanges are subject to item availability. If your desired size or style is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.
Store Credit: Store credit does not expire and can be used toward future purchases.

Defective/Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective/incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos and your order number. We will provide a replacement, refund, or store credit at no additional cost to you.

Processing Time

Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 7-14 business days of receiving your returned item.

Return Instructions

Domestic returns can be submitted through Loop Returns by clicking Here.
Unofficial DC utilizes a third-party service called Loop Returns to approve and process all online returns. Please follow the instructions on the returns portal and if your return is accepted, you will be prompted to print your return shipping label.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
You will receive an email notification once your item is received back at our return location. Please allow 7-14 business days for all returns to be processed.
If you prefer to ship back your item to us using a different shipping method, please contact Unofficial DC customer service at returns@unofficialdc.com for return instructions.

Note: As a small business, we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Unofficial DC, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
